USCG+LR：燃油测试发现污染物质，新加坡加油需注意

USCG强调：添加此种燃油容易造成柱塞腐蚀，燃油泵卡死，分油机、滤器故障。而标准的ISO8217测试方法无法发现燃油的问题。CAS No. 599-64-4)测试方法发现了污染物质，该污染物严重违反了MARPOL Annex VI regulation 18.3 和Clause 5 of ISO 8217的要求。USCG建议：

1.pay attention to the terms of the bunker requisition.

2. Specify that the fuel must be absent of abnormal components.

3. Determine the acid number of the fuel.

4.Carefully pay attention to the fuel supply and fuel injection equipment onboard the vessel.

根据VPS的统计，大约30艘次船舶发现了油品问题，大约8家油商，和17艘加油船存在问题
