9月1日，CIC压载水大检查

2025 年港口国监督集中检查运动（PSC CIC）将于9月1日至11月30日聚焦压载水管理，绝大部分MOU都将参与其中。DNV发布检查提醒，并更新PSC Top 18 滞留缺陷清单。检查将以问卷的形式展开，预计将在8月份发布，揭示会遇大家分享。

DNV统计2024-2025年压载水管理最常见缺陷：

压载水记录簿：

Electronic record book used on board, but no flag approval letter is on board

船上使用的电子记录簿，但为得到船旗国批准授权。

Incorrect or missing entries in the ballast water record book

压载水记录簿中不正确或条目缺失

Mismatch between entries in the ballast water record book and observed ballast operations

压载水记录簿中的条目与观察到的压载操作之间存在不匹配

Mismatch between entries in the ballast water record book and the Ballast Water Management System (BWMS) log entries

压载水记录簿中的条目与压载水管理系统（BWMS）日志条目之间的不匹配

关于BWM方法、登记港、指定人员等的信息不一致、缺失或过时。

近年来，PSC检查的主要关注点已从技术问题转向操作方面，如船员熟悉情况、培训和持续维护。因此，在滞留统计数据中，与ISM相关的缺陷一直是最常见，也是可被滞留的缺陷。
