欧洲近期PSC滞留缺陷分享

 滞留-(Cleanliness of engine room) Dirty engine room. Oily bilges in engine and purifier room. Outstanding deficiency from Kalamata, Greece PSC report - 03.12.2023.

（机舱清洁度）机舱脏乱。在发动机和分油机房污水井积油。希腊卡拉马塔PSC报告中的缺陷未解决-2023年12月3日。

  滞留-(Establishment of working language onboard) Chief Engineer and Second Engineer are not able to communicate on English language.

（船上工作语言的建立）轮机长和大管轮不能用英语交流。

 滞留- (Operation of Life Saving Appliances) Second Officer is not familiar with starting rescue boat engine.

（救生设备操作）二副不熟悉启动救助艇发动机。

  滞留-(Ventilator, air pipes, casings) Air vents (gooseneck) on decks - 4pcs, watertight covers are heavily corroded. Rubber gaskets are in bad condition. Some air vents holed.

（通风设备，空气管道，套管）甲板上的通风口（鹅颈管）-4个，水密盖严重腐蚀。橡胶垫圈状况不佳。一些通风口有洞。

 滞留- EMDG not possible to start with 2nd means of starting device(hydraulic). Hydraulic piston heavily. Drive belts for pumps worn out.

应急发电机无法使用第二种启动装置（液压）启动。液压活塞很笨重。泵的传动带磨损。

  滞留-Rescueboat engine inoperative.

救助艇艇机不工作。

 滞留-(Charts) Chart BA 2283-Maslen Nos to Nos Kaliakra is missing.

（海图）BA 2283-Maslen Nos至Nos Kaliakra的海图缺失。

 滞留-(Emergency fire pump and its pipes) Emergency fire pump is not ready for immedate use. Starting battery exhausted, out of order. New battery fitted and pump started after 35 (thirty five)

（应急消防泵及其管路）应急消防泵不能立即使用。启动电池耗尽，出现故障。安装新电池，泵在35分钟后启动。

 滞留-SMS failure

安全管理体系失败。

 滞留-(Covers: hatchway-, portable-, tarpaulins, etc.)(ISM) Vessel found with missing cleats.

发现船舶缺少舱锁。

  滞留- (Lights, shapes, sound-signals)(ISM) Navigation lights on the aft mast found defective.

后桅杆上的航行灯发现有缺陷。

  滞留-(Stowage and provision of liferafts)(ISM) Liferafts found not lashed properly but having loose, outworn and twisted lashings with knots.

发现救生筏没有正确捆绑，且捆绑松散、破旧且扭曲打结。

  滞留-(Oil filtering equipment)(ISM) Inside OWS switchboard found unfixed contactor and cables. Found strange cable connections. Bowl of the OWS temporary repaired with raisin. Suspicious valve installed in the overboard pipe.

在油水分离配电板内发现未固定的接触器和电缆。发现奇怪的电缆连接。油水分离器盘临时用干胶修复。船外管道中安装了可疑阀门。
