亚洲船级联合会发布的2021年全球的港口国监督检查报告，根据报告，消防设备、ISM、救生设施、应急设备、防污染这五个方面是PSC滞留船舶的大杀器。

并精选了港口国监督检查中的 31个典型缺陷，是船级社精选的PSCO常规滞留船舶的手段，PSCReady老编精选出来，供业内各位大佬学习进步。

01 31个典型缺陷

1.Water supply to sinks discolored at outlets in galley and infrequently used outlets.（厨房出水口和不经常使用的出口出水变色）

2.Malfunction of Oil Content Meter（油水分离器油份计故障）

3.Bilge pump serious leakage(舱底泵泄露)

4.Very dirty oily bilge water discharge line（油水分离器排出管线存在油污）

5.Wasted and holed Sewage Treatment Plant Pipe（生活污水处理装置管线洞穿）

6.Access ladder into ballast tank wasted on entry（进入压载舱的梯子锈蚀严重）

7.Starboard over-side lightdamaged and not working.（右舷侧灯故障不亮）
