56条RIGHTSHIP检查缺陷 你船可能也有（配合直观照片）

港口检查越来越细致，对船舶的要求越来越高，从一定程度上提高了安全系数也无形中给船员兄弟增加了工作量，以前不怎么被关注的内容现在却成了缺陷项目，这里列举了56条被查到的却经常被忽略的项目供船员兄弟参考

l机舱设备

l甲板机械

l被帆布常年包裹的不常用的开关 控制箱

l空气阀 消防栓 液压阀的不规范使用

l二氧化碳间以及二氧化碳系统

l设备加油的液位镜 漏油的位置放置接油盘

l卫生以及相应的码克

l烟囱以及脱硫塔

l电缆的维护以及电器设备的清洁

l公共区域卫生以及门上的合页 闭门器 有没有钻孔

l库房各种物品的固定 包括比较重的备件 油桶

l航行灯 信号灯

1-Scrubber Valves Inspection: If the actuator hoses on the scrubber are broken and not inspected, it could lead to operational failures, causing improper exhaust cleaning which can result in environmental penalties and system inefficiency. 脱硫塔设备的维护    

2-Engine Room Fans Gaskets: Improperly inserted gaskets on newly installed engine room fans could lead to air leaks, reducing the efficiency of the ventilation system 机舱通风的密封圈保养

3.Vent Fans Electric Cables: Damaged electric cables and unsecured motor grounding on engine room vent fans could cause electrical shorts, posing fire hazards and system failures. 线管位置不密封 

4-Bolt Length on Engine Room Fans: The bolts currently used on the engine room fans are not of the required length 机舱通风的附属件不匹配

5-Deck Machinery Rope Drums: Corroded rope drums need to be chipped and painted to prevent further deterioration, which could lead to mechanical failures and damaging ropes. 缆车的滚筒疏于保养

6-Removal of Old Fan Components: Failing to remove old components after installing new engine room fans could clutter the area, posing safety risks and hindering efficient operation or maintenance activities.

7-Deck Machinery Bearings: Old grease on bearings can accumulate debris and reduce efficiency. If not cleaned and inspected, this could lead to premature bearing failure and potential breakdowns of deck machinery.甲板设备疏于维护

8-Gearbox Vent and Filling Caps: Frozen or missing caps can allow water ingress into gearboxes during rain, leading to lubrication failure, increased wear, and potential gearbox failure. 盖子缺失会带来风险    

9-Hydraulic Motors Rust: Rust on hydraulic motor fitting areas can spread if not treated, potentially leading to mechanical failures and operational inefficiencies.疏于保养

10-Aft Poop Deck Control Box: Damaged closing locks on control boxes can compromise the watertight integrity, leading to equipment damage due to moisture ingress控制箱合页脱落损坏 常年被帆布包裹设备的一个通病

12-Aldis Lamp Maintenance: Clean oxidized sockets on the bridge wings. Replace if cleaning fails to restore functionality

13-Steering Gear Room Fan: A rusty electrical connection junction box if not maintained can lead to electrical failures, affecting the operational reliability of the fan due to low insulation.

14-Bolt Length on Flanges: Inspect and correct poor workmanship on flanges due to incorrect bolt length selection. 空气阀疏于保养

15-Gearbox Oil Sight Glass: Not maintaining the correct oil level or failing to check the condition of the sight glass can lead to inadequate lubrication,causing gearbox damage.加油镜子被油漆堵住有漏油现象

16-CO2 Room Door Handle: Renew the heavily worn handle on the CO2 room door. A worn-out handle can lead to accessibility issues during emergencies, potentially delaying the response to fire incidents.水密门把手过度锈蚀

17-Cable Trays and Fixtures: Not renewing wasted cable trays can lead to disorganized and potentially damaged cables, increasing the risk of electrical hazards. Renew wasted cable trays around engine casing fluorescent fixtures. 线管锈蚀严重甚至断裂

18-Engine Room Fans: Remove old, wasted parts after the renewal of engine room fans.电缆支架保养不到位

19-Emergency generator Fuel Tank: Clean the emergency generator fuel tank and refresh all posters and stencils.A dirty fuel tank and unclear instructions can lead to generator failure during emergencies, jeopardizing safety and power supply. 清洁卫生 码克要清晰

20-Funnels Watertight Doors: Rusty parts, if not maintained, can lead to failures in sealing the doors, affecting the integrity and functionality of the funnels. Maintain watertight doors on funnels; chip and paint rusty parts.水密门的保养

21-Vent Mesh Renewal: Inconsistent vent mesh can lead to uneven airflow. Renew the starboard mist box vent mesh to match the port side.烟筒的保养

22-Stenciling Fan Numbers: Failure to stencil numbers may lead to confusion during maintenance or emergency response, affecting operational efficiency. Stencil numbers on all renewed engine room fans onto vent heads.码克必须准确

23-Drain Grating Renewal: Worn-out drain gratings can cause clogging and poor drainage, leading to slip hazards and standing water issues. Renew wasted drain gratings on engine room fans' port and starboard platforms.落水空的额滤网

25-Provision Crane Cable Tracing: Untraced hanging cables can lead to mechanical interference or damage during crane operations, affecting operational safety. Trace the hanging cable of the port side provision crane limit switch on the cable tray.电缆线管

26-Emergency Generator Exhaust Maintenance: Unclear instructions and maintenance neglect on the exhaust valve can lead to operational inefficiencies and potential safety hazards.Post instructions near the emergency diesel generator exhaust pipe drain-in valve; paint the rusty valve and keep the generator clean.重要设备建议张贴操作说明并且做好相应保养

27-Scrubber Electrical Cabling: Improperly cabled electrical components can lead to electrical hazards, affecting scrubber operation and safety. Properly cable all electrical components on the scrubber with correct glanding.电线电缆做好绝缘保护

28-Engine Room Receptacle Caps: Missing caps can expose electrical contacts, increasing the risk of shorts and electrical shocks. Provide closing caps for all receptacles in the engine room.电源插口要有盖子

29-Compressor Oil Separator: An uninspected and rusted oil separator can fail, leading to operational inefficiencies and potential safety hazards.Inspect the rusted oil separator on the provision compressor and renew if necessary.注意保养

30-Incinerator Fan Bearings: Worn bearings can lead to fan failure, affecting waste management processes and compliance with environmental regulations.Inspect the incinerator draft fan bearing; renew the motor bearings.疏于保养

31-Scrubber Cable Maintenance: Unmaintained cables touching sharp edges can lead to insulation damage and electrical shorts, posing safety risks. Maintain cables on the scrubber as a safety priority, ensuring they do not touch sharp edges.电缆做好绝缘

32-Funnel Manhole Gasket: A damaged gasket can compromise the seal, leading to leaks and potential system inefficiencies. Replace the damaged gasket on the top funnel access manhole烟囱最顶层道门的水密胶条老化

33-Valve Handle Replacement: Missing valve handles can lead to operational delays and accessibility issues during maintenance or emergencies.Replace missing valve handles on engine casing valves with correct wheels. 阀头直接掉了

34-Control Panel Cleanliness: Dust and dirt in electrical control panels can lead to overheating and potential electrical failures.Keep all electrical control panels, including the engine control room and incinerator, free of dust and dirt. 电器设备控制箱内部清洁

35-Steering Gear Valve Maintenance: Leakages and incorrect bolt lengths can lead to operational inefficiencies and safety risks, necessitating immediate corrective actions. Eliminate leakages from steering gear no. 2 aft cylinder isolating valve and replace incorrectly selected bolts with the correct length.漏油和接油盘绝对禁止

36-LubOil Tank Valve Bolts: Missing bolts fixed by wires can lead to operational hazards and potential leaks, requiring proper mechanical fixes. Correct the operating extension support bolts on the luboil storage tank valve, currently fixed by wires.临时连接处理不被接受

37-Spare Part Maintenance:  rust can degrade, leading to potential failures when needed, necessitating proper storage conditions.Keep entire spares onboard free of dust or rust.备件保养不到位，存放不符合要求

38-Provision Crane Hydraulic Compartment Maintenance: Accumulated oils can lead to operational inefficiencies and safety hazards, requiring cleaning and proper storage of components. Remove accumulated oils in both provision crane hydraulic compartments and shift hoses to the spare store.做好清洁，清理出不必要的备品

39-Battery Room Insulation Maintenance: Thoroughly clean and organize the battery room. Repair any damaged insulation lagging to enhance electrical safety and prevent hazards.电池间 绝缘防护设备的保养 相应的围裙 面罩 洗眼液 手套 定期检查

40-Bridge Console Cleaning: Remove all dust accumulation to maintain clear visibility and functionality of navigation instruments. 控制箱不经常打开 粉尘太多

41-Magnetic Compass Repair: Correct the internal bubble issue and repair the non-functional lighting system. 磁罗经有气泡 （ 特别提醒：当更换液体后要更频繁的检查 更换液体初期出现气泡的几率更大）

42-Provision Crane Panels: Repair broken hinges, replace worn sealing gaskets, and clean the interior panels for optimal operation. 控制箱的水密胶条以及线路的维护

43-CO2 System Check: Maintain and inspect the forward CO2 bottles' release valves to guarantee their readiness in case of fire. 油漆间的二氧化碳系统的操作系统疏于保养    

44-Accommodation WC Inspection: Inspect all WCs in the accommodation, repair any broken tiles, provide missing filters on floor drains, and maintain cleanliness consistently.生活区卫生

45-Crew Laundry Room Repair: Repair broken door hinges in the crew laundry dry rooms to ensure security and ease of access.洗衣房的门的合页

46-Cable Tray Installation: Provide cable trays for both port and newly installed starboard navigation light cables to organize and protect the wiring,enhancing safety and functionality.航行灯灯箱内部的电线

47-Life Boat Maintenance: Renew the resting pads of the newly installed lifeboats to ensure they are secure and stable, supporting safe operations during use.救生艇的碰垫及时更换 （特别提醒：橡胶的制品不要打上油漆）

48-Waste Management: Renew all wasted garbage drums, including covers, to maintain hygiene and orderliness aboard.垃圾桶桶盖直接像垃圾

49-CO2 Room Vent Maintenance: Treat corroded hinges on the natural vent cover in the CO2 room and repair the insulation lagging inside to maintain environmental control and safety.二氧化碳间窗户以及内部绝缘隔热保养不到位

50-Bilge Tank Valve Maintenance: Clean and properly lock valve spindles on the bilge tank top to ensure they are secure and functional. 超级阀 直接不合格

51-Accommodation Ladder Adjustment: Ensure that manual operating handles for both accommodation ladders can fit in place without issues; replace missing bolts and ensure touching switches that operate the ladder wire 引水梯drum钢丝滚筒位置有一个摇把 直接连接限位 这个一般没人用疏于保.

52 Deck House Fire Hose Box Support Renewal: Renew the wasted supports for the two fire hose boxes at the deck house aft to ensure stability and readiness for emergencies.消防箱支架过度锈蚀

53-Fresh Water Line Maintenance: Renew damaged or rusty ball valves on the deck fresh water line to ensure proper operation and prevent leaks.甲板淡水管过度锈蚀，阀门损坏

54-Bosun Store Safety: Secure all heavy parts in the deck and fore ship bosun store and properly lash them before sailing to prevent accidents during movement.重物的固定需要使用钢丝，并且需要两道钢丝固定

55-Hatch Covers Wheel Maintenance: Chip and treat all hatch covers wheels, except those recently renewed, to prevent rust and ensure smooth operations舱盖的附属设备属于保养

56.Radar Mast Lighting Fix: Replace the bulb that has melted its cover to prevent damage and ensure adequate lighting. 信号灯疏于保养
