2024年3月份国际海事组织会议安排

大家好！

IMO二月份召开了两次会议，分别是人的因素、培训和值班分委会第10次会议(HTW 10)和防污染和应急分委会第11次会议（PPR11），我们的公众号也对会议进行了预告和报告。下面，让我们看看三月份IMO有哪些会议安排吧！

会议一：SSE10

船舶系统与设备分委会第10次会议

会议时间

会议议程

1.议程的通过 Adoption of the agenda

3.救生艇通风新要求New requirements for ventilation of survival craft (7.36) 

4.制定在不降落救生艇的情况下操作测试自由降落救生艇释放系统所用装置的设计和原型测试要求Development of design and prototype test requirements for the arrangements used in the operational testing of free-fall lifeboat release systems without launching the lifeboat 

5.修订SOLAS公约第III章和LSA（Life saving appliance救生设备规则）Revision of SOLAS chapter III and the LSA Code (2.16) 

6.修订SOLAS第III章及LSA规则第IV章，以要求新船配备自扶正或带顶篷两面可用救生筏Amendments to SOLAS chapter III and chapter IV of the LSA Code to require the carriage of self-righting or canopied reversible liferafts for new ships 

7.修订1994年和2000年高速船规则第8.3.5段和附录1Development of amendments to paragraph 8.3.5 and annex 1 of the 1994 and 2000 HSC Codes 

8.修订2010 FTP规则，允许使用新防火系统和材料Revision of the 2010 FTP Code to allow for new fire protection systems and materials 

9.修订SOLAS公约直升机设施规定和MODU规则Revision of the provisions for helicopter facilities in SOLAS and the MODU Code 

10.制定关于集装箱船货舱和货舱甲板火灾探测和控制的SOLAS第II-2章和《FSS规则》修正案Development of amendments to SOLAS chapter II-2 and the FSS Code concerning detection and control of fires in cargo holds and on the cargo deck of containerships (7.15) 

11.示范课程的确认Validated model training courses (6.2) 

12.IMO安全、保安和环境相关公约规定的统一解释Unified interpretation of provisions of IMO safety, security and environment-related conventions (7.1) 

13.制定考虑禁止船舶使用含氟化物质的泡沫灭火剂要求Development of provisions to consider prohibiting the use of fire-fighting foams containing fluorinated substances, in addition to PFOS, for fire-fighting on board ships (7.41) 

14.全面审议《救生艇和救助艇、降落设备和释放装置的维护保养、彻底检查、操作试验、检修和修理的要求》(MSC.402(96)决议)Comprehensive review of the Requirements for maintenance, thorough examination, operational testing, overhaul and repair of lifeboats and rescue boats, launching appliances and release gear (resolution MSC.402(96)) to address challenges with their implementation 

15.修定LSA规则关于救生服保温性能的内容Amendments to the LSA Code for thermal performance of immersion suits (OW 14) 

16.评估车辆、特种处所和滚装处所的防火、探火和灭火装置的充分性，减少载运新能源车辆的火灾风险 Evaluation of adequacy of fire protection, detection and extinction arrangements in vehicle, special category and ro-ro spaces in order to reduce the fire risk of ships carrying new energy vehicles 

17.两年期状况报告和SSE11临时议程Biennial status report and provisional agenda for SSE 11
