6. All oil tankers shall be fitted with a stability instrument, capable of verifying compliance with intact and damage stability requirements approved by the Administration. Oil tankers constructed before 1 January 2016 shall comply with this regulation at the first scheduled renewal survey of the ship on or after 1 January 2016 but not later than 1 January 2021.

6. 所有油船均应装有稳性仪，能够验证是否符合主管机关批准的完整和破损稳性要求。2016 年1 月1 日之前建造的油船应在第一次定期换证检验时或在2016 年1 月1 日或之后但不迟于2021 年1 月1 日符合本条要求。

MEPC.251(66): MARPOL 附则VI  关于波罗的海的Tier III - 北海的修正案

Tier III NOx requirement is not applicable in ECA when a marine diesel engine installed on a ship constructed prior to 1 January 2021 of less than 500GT, with a length as defined in regulation 1.19 of Annex I to MARPOL, of 24 m or over when it has been specifically designed, and is used solely, for recreational purposes.

当安装在2021 年1 月1 日之前建造的小于500GT船舶上的船用柴油发动机，船舶长度为MARPOL 附则I 第1.19 条定义的长度为24 m 或以上时，当它经过专门设计并仅用于娱乐目的，Tier III NOx 要求不适用于排放控制区。

2.2.6 - All ships, subject to the Code, shall be fitted with a stability instrument, capable of verifying compliance with intact and damage stability requirements, approved by the Administration (...) Ships constructed before 1 January 2016 shall comply with this requirement at the first scheduled renewal survey of the ship on or after 1 January 2016 but not later than 1 July 2021. 

2.2.6 - 受本规则约束的所有船舶均应配备能验证是否符合完整和破损稳性要求的稳性仪，经主管机关批准(...) 2016 年1 月1 日之前建造的船舶应在第一次定期换证检验时或在2016 年1 月1 日或之后但不迟于2021 年1 月1 日符合本条要求。

The discharge of sewage from a passenger ship within a special area shall be prohibited for existing passenger ships, on a date determined by the Organization pursuant to regulation 13.2 of Annex IV, but in no event prior to 1 June 2021.

在本组织根据附则IV 第13.2 条确定的日期，不得在2021 年6 月1 日之前，禁止现有客船在特殊区域内排放客船的生活污水。
