招聘职位

1. 海运客服（南京）

Customer Service

Job Descriptions

Use CS hotline to answer client’s question；

Use group mail to answer client’s email query；

Coordinate with other department to solve client’s problem；

Coordinate with other department to solve client’s problem；

Communicate with Doc center of daily work；

Report urgent CS issue to supervisor.

Qualifications

College degree, above one year experience in shipping field；

Good knowledge of typing skills and Microsoft applications；

Good command of English, CET-4 is must；

Excellent command of Mandarin；

Good communication with people from different background；

High team spirit and can work independently under pressure.

2. 销售助理（南京）

Sales Coordinator

Job Descriptions

Provide support to sales team for business development/operation and in connection with customer inquiries；

Work with sales team to achieve sales budget, involve indoor sales function/activities；

Prepare commercial reports as assigned by the management；

Coordinate with various departments to achieve company's goals.

Qualifications

Related working experience as sales support in carriers or forwarders is preferrable；

Good English level in both oral and writing；Good communication skill with customers;

Willing to work under pressure；

Proactive and aggressive.
