招聘职位：Decarbonization Engineer

Position description:

The position is mainly focusing on decarbonization, offering great opportunity to work with DNV world-best experts across the disciplines and geographies to develop yourself and deliver the best services to our clients. You can develop professional and technical skills and solutions for our clients in various areas depending on qualifications and interests.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Deliver relevant internal & external decarbonization projects with the team locally and globally

· Follow-up and contributing to decarbonization innovation initiatives in DNV globally

· Promote decarbonization services and solutions in China market

· Explore decarbonization business opportunities in China market

· Support to transform the strategic development to business opportunities and scale-up

· Develop project proposal including scope and budgeting

· Develop in other disciplines and contribute as project team member e.g. on other digitalization and decarbonization

· Customer interactions and follow-up

· Project management

Position Qualifications:

It is desirable that the candidate have

• PhD., M.S. or B.S. in marine and system engineering, power and energy engineering, environmental engineering, shipping or other relevant field

• Fresh graduates or junior engineer with 1~3 years working experience with relevant background. And suitable candidates with more working experience can be considered.

• Knowledge on new energy, alternative fuels and energy efficiency technologies in maritime would be advantage

• Knowledge on EEDI, EEXI, CII etc. IMO GHG regulations and compliance would be advantage

• Knowledge on ship operation, smart shipping/ship management would be advantage

• Knowledge on programming, dashboard/tool/software development would be advantage

• Knowledge on decarbonization with digital tools/platform e.g. emission control and monitoring, energy efficiency smart system etc. would be advantage

The successful candidate should also have:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Solution and result oriented with proactive attitude and self-motivated

• Strong customer focus

• Innovative and creative, looking for new solutions

• Take initiative and ownership, eager and capable to learn new things

• Knowledge on programming, dashboard/tool/software development, virtual testing and simulation would be advantage

职位：Risk and Safety Engineer

Position description:

The position offers great opportunity to work with colleagues across the disciplines and geographies of DNV to develop yourself and deliver the best services to our clients. You can develop professional and technical skills and solutions for our clients in various areas depending on qualifications and interests.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Conduct HAZID/HAZOP workshops e.g. alternative fuel risk assessment, and other risk assessment/safety studies for ship and offshore units as main task

· Conduct cyber security assessment for newbuilding and ships in operation

· Develop sales proposal including scope of work definition, budgeting and support on sales opportunity follow-up.

· Develop in other disciplines and contribute as project team member e.g. on other advisory services

· Support on sales, marketing and business development initiatives

· Customer interactions and follow-up

· Project management

Position Qualifications:

It is desirable that the candidate have

• M.S. or B.S. in marine and system engineering, electrical/control system or other relevant field of marine & offshore engineering

• Working experiences in safety and risk assessment projects for ship and offshore

• Junior engineer with 1~3 years working experience with relevant background, can also be considered

• Familiar with classification rules and other statutory rules e.g. IGF, IGC etc. would be advantage
