Office Manager
Responsibilities:
1、To manage the running of the responsible office,ensure the daily operation for all functions are in operated an efficient and effective manner
2、Observe company instruction or any compliances policies cascaded by Head office,and ensure all staffs to follow
3、Maximize the office Revenue
4、Minimize the office Administration Cost
5、Prepare office annual budget and projections,and monitor the actual expenses against budget
6、Monitor all staffing issues
7、Monitor the office productivity & KPI for all functions
8、Perform any other job duties assigned by General Manager
Requirements:
1、Bachelor’s Degree
2、At least 10 years' experience in shipping industry,of which 5 years must be at managerial level
3、Good Management Skills
4、Good Organizational and Planning skills
5、Good Interpersonal and communication skills
6、Good Decision Making and Problem Solving skills
7、Ability to perform under pressure
8、Analytical Ability
9、Good command of English
