岗位一:行政管理部文书管理岗(1人)

AdministrativeOfficer

(一)工作职责

1、负责公司公文、资料的预处理;

2、负责接收、下达及跟踪处理领导指示及落实情况;

3、负责起草公司综合性文字材料,包括会议纪要、报告、简报等;

4、负责公司会议会务准备工作,参与公司重要活动的组织安排工作;

5、完成领导交办的其它工作。

(二)任职要求

1、研究生及以上学历,有3年以上工作经验;

(一)工作职责

1、负责公司宣传文案的策划、采写、收集、编辑,公司活动图片拍摄、宣传资料整理归档;

2、负责公司宣传品的统筹、内容编辑和组织出版,包括报纸、杂志、宣传画册、宣传视频等;

岗位五:运营管理部技术管理岗(1人)

Technical manager

(一)工作职责

1、了解、跟进航运业有关的政府、船旗国、船级社等主管当局的最新公约、规范,及时指导下属企业执行;

2、了解、跟进航运业有关的最新实用技术、科研技改项目。推荐经评估合适的方案给管理层决策;

3、审核下属公司新造船、坞修船的工程合约、图纸、预算表等;

4、船用物资集中采购谈判;

5、与公司总部相关部门、各下属公司的配合与协调;

6、完成领导交办的其他工作。

(二)任职要求

1、大学本科及以上学历,船舶轮机管理或相关机械专业,8年以上船舶轮机管理或新造船监造或验船师经验;

2、对船舶行业有较全面的知识结构,或者在某个领域有深入研究;

3、能熟练使用英文沟通、书写专业邮件;

4、善于团队合作、具有较强的自我学习、自我提升能力;

JobResponsibilities:

-Systematic interaction (meetings, dialogues, workshops, presentations)with authorities (Governments, Flag states, Class) to identify the newregulations and implement associated solutions.

-Understand and stay updated on the current industry development andtrends and have overview of projects in other regions. Submit appropriateprojects to top management for approval.

-Review contracts on new building and dry docking projects as well asrelated drawings and budgets.

Customer management

(一)工作职责

1、按客户分级管理方案对客户进行分级管理,跟踪重点客户业务合作情况;

2、参与审定公司年度重点客户、项目开发计划,组织、参与跨业务单元大型重点项目、客户的开发以及绩效管控与评估;

3、分析和研究客户价值,持续挖掘重点客户需求与增值机会并提出解决方案,解决客户问题和困难;

1、对公司主要经营、管理数据进行专业统计、深入分析,形成专业报告,提出有效建议;

2、对宏微观经济形势、行业发展趋势进行分析,对公共政策和行业政策进行及时解读,结合公司业务进行商情研究,提出专业报告;

3、对下属公司经营敞口进行跟踪分析,适时提出经营建议;

4、对下属公司经营预算进行审核并监控执行情况;

5、对下属公司上报的重大经营举措进行初审,完善评审材料,管理评审程序;

(二)任职要求

1、大学本科及以上学历,航运、管理、经济、数学相关专业,5年以上油轮或干散货从业经验,2年以上行业研究经验,或2年以上知名咨询公司、投行、券商从业经历,具有航运业务咨询、研究工作经验;

2、对航运业有较为深入的研究和理解,对市场信息较为敏感;

3、有较强的分析、总结及中英文报告撰写能力,能熟练使用英文沟通;

4、能熟练使用POWER BI、Alteryx Designer等某种数据分析软件;

5、具备较强的抗压能力及团队合作能力;

JobResponsibilities:

岗位八:财务部合并报表岗(1人)

Consolidated financial statements

(一)工作职责

1、依据会计准则和公司会计制度规定,编制公司合并报表和内部管理报表,按要求向股东单位、外部机构报送、披露相关财务信息,为管理决策提供财务分析数据。审核、监督、指导下属公司的报表编制工作,及时处理报表编制中出现的问题;

2、跟踪会计准则最新变化,评估对公司的影响并提出专业建议,修订并完善公司的会计制度体系;

3、配合维护和完善财务信息系统,定期更新财务报表模板,优化报表编制流程﹐不断提高报表编制效率;

4、组织公司及各成员单位的年度财务决算及外部审计工作,进行专业指导和协调,配合集团的外部审计工作;

5、参与财务管理,审定成员单位重大事项的会计处理,对公司重大投资项目,提供财务、税务等方面专业建议;

6、完成领导交办的其他工作。

(二)任职要求

1、大学本科及以上学历,财经类专业,3年以上合并报表相关经验;

2、精通中国大陆及香港会计准则及相关的法规、政策,具有良好的财务管理能力、学习能力和分析研判能力;

3、具备较强的语言文字表达能力,中、英语流利,具有严密的逻辑思维和分析判断能力;

Job Responsibilities:

-Prepare group management andstatutory financial statements on timely basis, be responsible for financialdata and disclosure to stakeholders and external institutions as required fordecision-making, supervise and review the preparation of the reports ofsubsidiaries.

-Organize group annualfinancial reporting and cooperate with external auditors about annual audit.

-Interpret and implement thelatest PRC GAAP and provide timely technical support to subsidiary companies,maintain proper accounting policies.

-Assist in maintainingfinancial information system, regularly update the financial statementtemplate.

-Prepare the accounting memosto analyze the complicated or unusual transactions in accordance with PRC GAAP.

岗位九:财务部财务管理岗(1人)

Accountant-Financial management

(一)工作职责

1、制定、修订公司的财务管理制度及相关规定办法,督导下属公司实施;

2、负责编制公司月度、季度、年度财务分析和专题分析报告。负责财务管理专题研究,定期分析公司财务状况,提出存在问题及解决方案,供决策参考;

3、负责完善公司的财务模型,定期调整和修订财务滚动规划,督导下属公司完善财务模型。负责公司年度财务预算的编制和上报,监督控制预算执行情况,对预算执行情况进行分析,评价预算执行结果。负责对接集团KPI指标设定及业绩考核,参与下属公司KPI指标设定及考核;

4、负责建立完善公司的财务对标体系,收集和整理行业数据,定期优化指标体系和分析方法。对各下属公司进行对标分析;

5、负责管理下属公司财务工作,督促及考核;

6、参与公司重大兼并重组项目,提供财务、产权、税务等方面意见建议;

7、完成领导交办的其他工作。

(二)任职要求

1、大学本科及以上学历,财经类专业,5年以上财务管理和分析经验;

2、精通中国大陆及香港会计准则及相关的法规、政策,具有良好的财务管理能力、学习能力和分析研判能力;

Job Responsibilities:

-Assist in the establishment and continuing improvement ofaccounting policies and procedures.

-Responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly and annualfinancial analysis and thematic analysis report, research and documentappropriate accounting analysis.

-Review and prepare group annual financials, forecasts andbudget. Monitor and analysis the implementation of the budget.

-Participate in the KPI setting and performance management tothe subsidiary companies.

-Establish and improve the financial benchmarking system, performbenchmarking analysis for subsidiaries.

2、通过专题研究,对经营管理问题进行深入分析,为公司运营计划执行提供数据支持;

3、与相关团队协作进行数据建模工作,推动业务规划的动态监控;
