Job Title:   

• Sales and Marketing Specialist 

Place of Work:

• Lippo Plaza, 222 Middle Huaihai Road, Huangpu District, Shanghai

General:

• Sales and Marketing Specialist works closely with customers (existing customer relationship management and new customer development)   

• Responsible to follow up the project cargo export and new energy market

• Help commercial manager to conduct the market research and identify new market opportunities 

Customer Development:

• Identify and target potential customers, presenting SCC company and it's RoRo Shipping services

• Cold call and set up meetings with potential customers, identifying key contacts

• Conduct market research and identify business opportunities

• Prepare sales plans

• Attend regular customer visits and marketing events

• Manage and updating customer database  

Account Management:

• Handle day to day operations of key accounts, updating systems and providing required information

• Identify customer needs and determine the best solution to meet their requirements of a customer 

• Keep commercial team up to date with forecasts, potential projects and customer development     

Marketing and Administrative

• Help to prepare for and attend exhibitions/conventions/conferences

• Competition analysis

• Maintain sales budgets and track performance

• Assist sales, trade management, and commercial team with reports/projects as needed

• Assist with bid / tender process as needed

• Maintain customer service contracts (FMC / non-FMC) and file amendments

• Distribute weekly schedules to customers

• Maintain and develop company website

• Perform additional job related duties as directed

Authority / Decision Criterion:

• Websites

• MailChimp (Email Distribution) 

• Reports / maintaining internal data
