At 9:00 on May 12, the ship "KRASNODAR" loaded with 99,256 tons of crude oil, approached the No.1 berth of Huangzeshan oil transfer terminal in Qushan Port District, Zhoushan Port, Ningbo. This is the first foreign ship to dock, marking the official opening of the terminal.
The arrival of "KRASNODAR" is a leap forward for the opening of Huangzeshan Oil Transfer Terminal, which is of great significance to help Huangzeshan Oil Storage and Transportation Base to further resume production and release capacity.
At the same time, maritime law enforcement personnel required them to effectively deploy emergency support and pollution prevention measures, and to do a good job in docking.
In order to ensure the smooth entry of "KRASNODAR" into the port, Zhoushan MSA has always taken the initiative to dock with the owner. At the same time, a green channel for government services has been opened to further improve the approval efficiency of entry and exit ports.
As the first 300,000-ton oil terminal in northern Zhejiang, Huangzeshan oil transfer terminal is an important project for the development and construction of the international oil storage and transportation base in Zhejiang pilot free trade zone.
