Gentco Logistics ordered two 25,900 dwt chemical tankers in Jinling Xinde Marine News Sarah Yu 2022-11-28 13:52

On November 25, Gentco Logistics and China Merchants Jinling Shipyard (Yangzhou) Dingheng held a signing ceremony in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province, for the establishment of a long-term in-depth partnership and the first two 25,900 dwt stainless steel chemical tankers.


The two 25,900 dwt stainless steel chemical tankers under construction this time are classified into ABS. The ship has a total length of 157.99m, a width of 27m, a depth of 14.2m, a design draft of 9.5m, a structural draft of 10.4m, and a service speed of 14 knots. The ship meets the requirements of Tier III and EEDI Phase III.
 
This signing is the third time that Gentco Logistics has placed an order to build a ship this year, following the signing of two 7200 dwt chemical tankers and two 11,200 dwt chemical tankers!
