On March 16, Guangzhou Shipyard International, a subsidiary of CSSC, successfully signed a shipbuilding contract for three 8,600 CEU dual-fuel PCTCs with a well-known Asian shipowner.

This is GSI's second batch order of the same type of ship after it signed three 8,600 CEU dual-fuel PCTCs with South Korea's H-Line.
So far, GSI has received 25 orders of dual-fuel PCTCs, ranking first in the world.

In April 2021, GSI signed a contract with Norway's SFL for the construction of two 7,000 CEU dual-fuel PCTCs. Since then, it has begun to receive orders for PCTCs. After just two years, it has become a shipyard with the largest number of orders for PCTCs in the world.
