Centurion Bulk is doing impressive growth through acquisition

Centurion Bulk Pte Ltd, a Singapore registered international dry bulk shipping company, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Danish handysize operator Integrity Bulk. Subject to the finalization of the transaction, the takeover will be effective from July 31, 2024.

For some time, we have expanded our activities in the handysize segment, and we are very pleased to have reached this agreement with Integrity Bulk. Singapore headquartered Centurion Bulk was established in 2013 and charters and operates over 80 vessels worldwide, spanning the Handysize to Ultramax markets.
