Reintegrated Hebei Port Group was established

On October 30, the reintegrated Hebei Port Group was established in Shijiazhuang. Hebei Port Group has signed a free transfer agreement with relevant parties to receive 100% shares of Tangshan Port Industrial Group, 100% shares of Caofeidian Port Group, 25% shares of Caofeidian Shiye Port, 24% shares of SDIC Caofeidian Port, 25% shares of Huaneng Caofeidian and 6% shares of Caofeidian Coal. All the registration of industrial and commercial changes has been completed.
 
On July 18, Tangshan Port Group and Qinhuangdao Port respectively issued a major matters suggestive announcement : On July 18, 2022 Tangshan Port received the notice on "free transfer of state-owned equity" from Tangshan Port Industrial Group, according to the "Construction Plan of Hebei Bohai Port Group", plans to implement the integration of port resources in Hebei province, the formation of Hebei Bohai Port Group : Will integrate introspection related state-owned port city in Hebei province enterprise equity will free of charge transfer to Hebei Port Group, Hebei Port Group will be renamed "Hebei Bohai Port Group". Eventually adopt the original name Hebei Port Group.

On October 28, Qinghuangdao Port and Tangshan Port further announced that the State-owned Assets Supervision & Administration Commission of The People's Government of Hebei Province transferred 26.2928% of its shares in Hebei Port Group to State-owned Assets Supervision & Administration Commission of The People's Government of Tangshan, 6.6332% to Cao Feidian State Holding Investment Group, 3.2432% to Hebei Construction & Investment Group, 1.3664% is transferred to HBIS Group Tangsteel and 0.4749% of the equity is transferred to Tangshan Construction Investment.
 
On October 30, the first foreign trade container route launched at Huanghua Port in Cangzhou, Hebei province. After the opening of the "Huanghua Port -- Shanghai Port -- Thailand Lam Chaban Port" container trade route, it is expected to increase the foreign trade throughput of Huanghua Port by 10,000 TEUs per year.
