特此告知，上述点位由中国海军提供，其经纬度及命名规则可能与国际推荐航道（IRTC）不一致。

请注意，航行起止 / 进出点如下：

● 东侧进出点

A 点：北纬 14°50′ / 东经 053°50′

C 点：北纬 14°00′ / 东经 051°00′

D 点：北纬 13°18′ / 东经 051°00′

● 西侧进出点

香港注册船舶及船东须知

● 为统计香港注册船舶申请中国海军舰艇护航的需求，计划航经亚丁湾的船舶，须通过电子邮件向香港海上救援协调中心（HKMRCC）提交《船舶动态报告》。

● 香港海上救援协调中心邮箱：hkmrcc@mardep.gov.hk

● 船东须在船舶抵达报告线前第 7、5、3、2、1 天分别提交《船舶动态报告》。

● 强烈建议拟参与护航的船舶，根据公布的护航计划选择编队，并主动调整航速以确保准时抵达。

● 船东应至少提前 2 天确认拟加入的护航编队时间，避免抵达报告线后临时申请加入。

● 在提交申请前，船长及船东须明确确认将参与海军护航行动。

非香港注册船舶的香港船东须知

非香港注册船舶的香港船东，亦可通过船旗国驻华使馆，向 ** 北京海上搜救中心（MRCC）** 申请中国海军护航服务，联系方式如下：

加入护航编队的船舶须服从中国海军护航舰艇指挥，未经允许不得擅自提前脱离编队。

Note for Hong Kong registered ships and ship owners of the Hong Kong registered vessels:

To gauge the demand of Hong Kong registered ships seeking assistance from Chinese naval warships, ships scheduled to transit the Gulf of Aden are reminded of the need to submit a "ship movement report" via e-mail to the Hong Kong Marine Emergency and Maritime Rescue Coordination Centre (HKMRCC). The email address of HKMRCC is hkmrcc@mardep.gov.hk. Ship owner should submit the "ship movement report" 7, 5, 3, 2, 1 day (s) before the ship arriving the reporting line.

Ship owner is strongly advised that joining vessels should select their time of escort convoy according to the announced schedule and take the initiative to adjust their speed for appropriate time of arrival. Ship owner should also submit at least 2 days in advance confirmation of the time of the escort convoy intended to join in order to avoid applying of joining the escort convoy on arrival to the reporting line. Before sending the application, the masters and the ship owner should clearly confirm that they would join the navy escort.

Hong Kong ship owner of  non Hong Kong registered ships SEP also apply for Chinese naval escort services by submitting the applications to the Beijing MRCC through the flag state embassy in Beijing under the following e-mail address:

Vessels joining the convoy shall follow the instruction of the Chinese escorting naval warships and shall not make early departure from the convoy without consent.
