Strategic Marine, a leading builder of high-performance aluminium vessels and Prima Marine, a leading Thai marine transport company as a key strategic partner, proudly announce the successful delivery of two 42-metre Generation 4 Fast Crew Boats (FCBs) to NMDC LTS, a prominent provider of marine and offshore services in the Middle East.
This first-ever delivery to NMDC LTS marks an important milestone for Strategic Marine, showcasing its ability to secure new partnerships with leading operators in the region. Purpose-built for offshore operations in the Middle East, the vessels highlight Strategic Marine’s commitment to delivering innovative and reliable vessel solutions tailored to client and regional requirements.
Designed in close collaboration with Southerly Designs, the vessels feature Strategic Marine’s proven hull form to maximise fuel efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and enhance seakeeping performance. Each vessel is equipped with a state-of-the-art Gyro Stabilizer system, ensuring superior roll reduction and stability for safer and more comfortable crew transfers in challenging sea states.
The 42-metre FCBs can accommodate up to 80 personnel in ergonomic seating and are fitted with reinforced cargo decks to support flexible offshore operations. With future-proofing at the core of their design, the vessels are also prepared for hybrid upgrades and integration of walk-to-work or motion-compensated gangway systems to meet evolving offshore requirements.
