On June 15, the China Association of the National Shipbuilding Industry released the operating data of China's shipbuilding industry for the first five months of this year. Data show that in the first five months of this year, China's shipbuilding industry production and operation gradually stabilized and picked up. According to the China Association of the National Shipbuilding Industry, from January to May, China's shipbuilding completed 14.277,000 DWT, down 15.3% year on year; New orders for ships reached 17.692 million DWT, down 46% year-on-year. By the end of May, orders for vessels amounted to 102.2 million DWT, up 20.2 percent year-on-year.
 
According to the China Association of the National Shipbuilding Industry, China's shipbuilding completed 2.57 million DWT in May, up 22.4 percent from the previous month, while ship exports rose 23 percent to $1.5 billion.
 
According to statistics, the current global ship repair business top ten enterprises, China accounted for 9, ship repair output value as high as 35 billion YUAN, ranked first in the world, in addition, China's current ship orders have been ranked to 2025, is also ranked first in the world.
