Jinling Shipyard (Yangzhou) wins another order for dual-fuel chemical tankers Xinde Marine News Sarah Yu 2022-02-07 16:06

Following the successful delivery of the previous 8 series ships, Furetank Group has ordered an additional 16,300DWT dual-fuel chemical tanker in China Merchants Jinling Shipyard (Yangzhou).
 
On January 28, Furetank announced that it had signed a construction contract with Jinling Shipyard (Yangzhou).The new vessel will be delivered in January 2024.
 
This series of ships has a total length of 149 meters and a width of 22.8 meters, all of which can operate on LNG/LBG fuel and have backup batteries.
 
According to Clarksons data, Jinling Shipyard (Yangzhou) currently holds orders for 24 ships of about 250,000 dwt, including 1 asphaltum carrier, 5 LPG ships and 18 chemical tankers, with the delivery time extending until 2024.
