Huangpu Wenchong and China Shipbuilding Trading signed another contract for the construction of two 1500TEU container ships with COSMOSHIP in Greece.

The vessel has a total length of 171.98m, a width of 24.29m, a depth of 13.6m, and a deadweight of 22,700t, meeting Tier III emission requirements.

On December 23, 2020, the last vessel (No. 4 vessel) "FSL COLOMBO" (H5654), which was built by Huangpu Wenchong, was successfully signed and delivered.

One month after the ship delivery, on January 25th this year, based on the full recognition of Huangpu Wenchong's construction capability and management level, COSMOSHIP and Huangpu Wenchong signed a contract for the construction of 2+2 1500TEU container ships.

The two ships signed this time are the seventh and eighth 1500TEU ships ordered by COSMOSHIP in Huangpu Wenchong.

The successful signing of this order further strengthens the relationship between Huangpu Wenchong and COSMOSHIP, and further solidifies the company's position as a global market leader in the feeder container ship market.
