SGS压载水检测服务获得美国船级社(ABS)资质认可

近日，SGS获得了美国船级社(ABS)压载水管理系统调试测试（BWMS Commissioning Testing）领域的资质认可，标志着SGS压载水检测技术走在行业前沿，实验室的能力经受住了国际标准的考验，SGS报告的公正性得到了进一步的肯定。
Recently, SGS obtains the accreditation of BWMS Commissioning Testing from the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS). This accreditation is a recognition of impartiality of SGS report and conformity of the capacity of SGS laboratory to international standards. It also marks SGS ballast water testing technology at the forefront of the industry.

The American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), founded in 1862 as a non-governmental organization, is one of the most recognized Shipping societies in the world. ABS is a professional organization engaged in the classification of ships and is known for its rigorous auditing.

In the process of qualification certification, ABS conducted audit to SGS laboratory and practice demonstration, and highly recognized the overall quality of work by SGS, including capability on field operation and lab testing as well as strict quality control process, which enabled SGS BW testing team to be certified to provide ABS standard inspection report.
