王琪俊

Wang Qijun

王琪俊，毕业于天津大学船舶与海洋工程系，从集装箱物流行业起步，2007年进入浙江船舶交易市场，先后在船舶进出口、船舶经纪、交易和信息部门中任职。作为行业分析师，多次接受CCTV2套财经频道采访解读航运市场。2011年参与编制发布中国船舶交易价格指数SSPI，获得交通运输部信息化优秀项目，中国十大商品价格指数。目前专注于船舶拍卖市场及航运市场的大数据及趋势研究。现任浙江船舶交易市场拍船网（www.shipbid.net）首席分析师。

Wang Qijun, who majored in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering at Tianjin University, started his career in container logistics industry. In 2007, he entered Zhejiang Shipping Exchange and successively worked in the department of ship import and export agent, ship brokerage, ship exchange and market information. With years of experience in shipping industry, he was frequently interviewed by CCTV2 Economicial Channel on shipping market analysis. In 2011, he participated in the compilation and publication of the China Secondhand Ship Price Index (SSPI), which was awarded the Outstanding Informatization Project of the Ministry of Transport and China's Top Ten Commodity Price Index. Currently, he focuses on big data and trend research in the ship auction and shipping exchange market and serves as the Chief Analyst of Zhejiang Shipping Exchange/SHIPBID.NET.

Angelica Kemene

Angelica Kemene is leading the Market Analysis & Intelligence department of Optima Shipping Services covering all sectors in shipping and shipbuilding. She advises clients around the world on shipping and financial markets developments, assisting them with shipping investment, strategy and chartering decisions.

Angelica holds 17 years of active experience in the shipping market. During her professional experience, she has been involved in analyzing various traded commodity movements and their future performance related to the Shipping Industry in ICAP Plc, London. Before joining ICAP plc she worked for the Baltic Exchange Derivatives Trading Ltd in London, in the Market Surveillance team on FFA trades. She also gained experience as a Commercial Shipping Analyst with Trafigura Beheer B.V. mainly working on tanker performance analysis and post fixture. Following a degree in Shipping, she went on to earn an MSc in Mathematical Trading and Finance from CASS Business School in London and she enhanced her education with Python programming, Digital Marketing and Data Science certificates. She is able to communicate in 5 languages, namely – Greek, English, French, Spanish and Italian.

The China manager of Singapore based ship management firm ISHIMA Pte Ltd and the China ship management representative of the esteemed Italian family shipowner conglomerate d'Amico Shipping Group.

Graduated from Shanghai Maritime University and Copenhagen Marine Engineering College in Denmark, he has been committed to the fields of ship technology, finance, investment, management, trading, consulting, information big data and other fields. He has unique industry insights and keen market insight into the ship market and shipping development.

Clemens Toepfer

Clemens Toepfer started his shipping carrier at Hamburg-Süd in Germany. Later on he went on to work for some years with Cargill in the US and Oldendorff in Singapore. In 1999 at the age of 30 he joined his father's ship broking company Toepfer Transport in Hamburg. Today he is the managing director at Toepfer Transport, one of the largest S&P Brokers in Hamburg. Clemens Toepfer is leading in particular the container desk in the office. Besides his shipping activities, he is very active in various public and private foundations acting in the fields of arts and culture. Clemens Toepfer holds a first honors Bachelor degree (Business Studies) from the University of Buckingham in the UK.

She joined Drewry in 2011 and has worked in Drewry Singapore office prior to Shanghai. With Drewry, she has been leading various port, shipping, and some logistics projects. Her project experience includes commercial analysis and due diligence, company strategy formulation, IPOs, investment opportunities assessment, tariff benchmarking, risk assessment, etc. Her project experience covers various regions including China, Africa, SEA, South Asia, Mediterranean, Australia, South America and North America. 张凌，毕业于上海外国语学院，自1998年加入浙江船舶交易市场，在船舶交易市场上奋战了25个春夏秋冬。张凌和领导、同事们一起将浙江船舶交易市场从一家地方性船舶交易场所，打造成一家集船舶拍卖、船舶经纪、船舶状态及价值评估、船舶进出口代理、航运市场研究及咨询等业务于一体的综合性航运服务提供商,其客户已经不仅限于浙江，而是遍及世界各地。

2018年张凌被宁波舟山港集团任命为浙江船交市场副总经理，兼任下属宁波船交市场及舟山易舸船舶拍卖公司负责人，负责国内、国际业务发展布局，致力于为客户提供船舶交易专业服务，为行业创造价值，为推动航运业发展贡献力量。

浙江船舶交易市场是船舶拍卖、线上船舶拍卖的先行者、开拓者，现在所有的船舶拍卖模式均源自舟山模式。2014年8月17日，船舶在线竞价交易平台（2017年改名为拍船网）完成中国首单线上船舶拍卖，从此开创了市场化船舶拍卖新模式。虽然在国外也有类似的船舶在线拍卖模式，但如今大规模的市场化船舶拍卖只有在中国才有，而且正在被越来越多的外国船东接受。

Michelle Zhang, a graduate of Shanghai International Studies University, joined the Zhejiang Shipping Exchange (ZSE) in 1998 and has been actively involved in the ship trading market for over 25 years. Collaborating with the chief executive and esteemed colleagues, Michelle has played an instrumental role in transforming ZSE from a local ship trading market in Zhoushan into a comprehensive shipping service provider that seamlessly integrates ship auctions, brokerage services, technical condition and value assessments of vessels, import and export agency operations for ships, as well as conducting extensive research and providing consulting services within the shipping market. Its clientele extends beyond Zhejiang to a global scale.

In 2018, Michelle was appointed as the Deputy General Manager of ZSE by Ningbo Zhoushan Port Group, where she also assumed leadership roles in two subsidiaries: Ningbo Shipping Exchange and Zhoushan Yige Ship Auction Co. Michelle is responsible for strategic planning and marketing in both domestic and international business development. She is dedicated to delivering professional ship trading services to customers, generating industry value, and contributing to the advancement of the shipping sector.

ZSE is the leading and pioneering platform for online ship auctions, and all ship auction models in China today are derived from ZSE's original concept. On August 17, 2014, ZSE successfully conducted China's inaugural online ship auction, introducing a novel market-oriented approach to ship auctions. While similar online ship auction models exist in foreign countries, large-scale market-oriented ship auctions are currently exclusive to China and gaining increasing acceptance among international ship owners.

Li Ling

李凌：工学硕士，毕业于天津大学船舶及海洋工程专业。毕业后曾从事船舶设计工作，2007年加入德国劳氏船级社，长期从事入级船舶图纸审查工作，2013年德国劳氏船级社与挪威船级社合并后，在DNV中国技术中心继续从事审图工作，并担任集装箱船型专家。自2019年起，又兼任中国技术中心合同前经理，在海事脱碳，海事法规，替代燃料选择及船型开发等领域为业界提供技术支持。

Li Ling: Master of Engineering, graduated from Tianjin University majoring in ship and Ocean Engineering. After graduation, he was engaged in ship design. In 2007, he joined Lloyd's Register of Shipping in Germany, where he has been engaged in reviewing drawings of classified ships for a long time. After the merger of Lloyd's Register and Norsk Verges in 2013, he continued to review drawings in DNV China Technical Center and worked as a container ship type expert. Since 2019, he has also served as the former Contract Manager of the China Technology Center, providing technical support to the industry in the areas of maritime decarbonization, maritime regulations, alternative fuel options and ship type development.

宋丹

宋丹，毕业于大连海事大学，轮机工程专业，硕士学历。现就职于法国BV船级社，担任船舶可持续发展中心经理，负责与航运节能减排法规，船舶创新技术有关的工作。

在加入法国BV船级社之前，宋丹先后就职于烟台中集来福士海洋工程有限公司和曼恩能源管理有限公司，从事过平台设计和船用双燃料发动机的应用管理工作。

Song Dan graduated from Dalian Maritime University with a master's degree in Marine engineering. Currently working for BV Classification Society in France, as the manager of the Ship Sustainability Center, responsible for the work related to shipping energy conservation and emission reduction regulations and ship innovation technology.

Before joining BV, Song Dan worked for Yantai CIMC Raffles Marine Engineering Co., LTD and Man Energy Management Co., LTD., where he was engaged in platform design and Marine dual-fuel engine application management.

从上海海事大学毕业后，开始了她的职业生涯，担任船上三副。随后，她在不同的角色和职位上积累了丰富的经验，包括在一家航运公司担任协调员，在一家船舶管理公司担任业务开发经理，在一家知名的数据服务公司担任业务开发经理，甚至在一家海运交易所担任业务开发经理。自2022年以来，她加入洲际船舶管理集团，目前担任营销总监。

After graduating from Shanghai Maritime University, Sherry embarked on her career as a Third Officer at sea. Subsequently, she gained extensive experience in various roles and positions, including serving as a coordinator for a shipping company, business development manager for a ship management company, renowned data service company, and even an ocean freight exchange. Since 2022, she has joined Seacon Ships Management Group and currently holds the position of marketing director.

David Kung

David Kung has 20 years of drybulk shipbroker experience. He started his shipbroker career in 2003 as a trainee in Hong Kong and Norway. Then, he worked as a shipbroker for six years during the booming shipping market. After that, he became the Chief Representative of Fearnleys Shanghai from 2009 to 2015. Today, he is the head of the Bancosta Drybulk Shanghai office, a prestigious drybulk shipbroker company. He is proud to lead his highly skilled and experienced brokering team, which has more than 10 years of shipping experience on average.

Han Zhen has accumulated extensive experience in various aspects of the shipping industry, including consulting, brokerage, and other related businesses. He is a seasoned ship broker and currently holds the position of Director at Haidely Shipping LTD. After graduating from Harbin Engineering University, he embarked on his career journey by joining Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. in 2001. Subsequently, he became a newbuilding broker at Fearnleys before eventually transitioning to Haidely Shipping Co., LTD. Here, his primary responsibilities encompass newbuilding projects, sale and purchase, as well as ship financing.
