Xing Tong Shipping Orders four 13,000 DWT stainless steel chemical tankers Xinde Marine News Pang Kai 2025-03-07 15:18


On March 6, Xing Tong Shipping Co., Ltd. celebrated a significant milestone as its subsidiary signed a shipbuilding contract with Taizhou Port Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. in Shanghai. The contract includes the construction of four 13,000 DWT stainless steel chemical tankers, marking a key step forward in their commitment to smart shipping and sustainable maritime solutions.

Through its wholly-owned Singapore subsidiaries, Xing Tong Kai Rong Shipping Pte. Ltd. and Xing Tong Kai Yong Shipping Pte. Ltd., Xing Tong Shipping has signed for two vessels, scheduled for delivery on July 31, 2026, and January 31, 2027. Meanwhile, Xing Tong Wanbang, through its wholly-owned Hong Kong subsidiaries, Shanming Shipping (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. and Shande Shipping (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., has signed for the remaining two vessels, expected to be delivered on September 30, 2026, and November 30, 2026.

This contract represents another step forward in their journey toward a greener and smarter shipping future.
