On 22 December, the 77, 000 dwt multi-purpose pulp vessel Green Santos built by CHI (Dalian) for BOCOM Leasing was named and delivered, and will be operated by COSCO SHIPPING Specialized . The vessel is the largest multi-purpose pulp vessel built in China.
With an L*B*D size of 225.0m* 32.26m*21.0m, the vessel is equipped with four single cranes. The cargo hold is equipped with a dehumidification system to ensure the quality and safety of the pulp cargo during transportation.
In addition to meeting the requirements for loading pulp, the vessel is also suitable for loading high-speed trains, wind power equipments, new energy automobiles, large machinery, and extra-long steel pipe pilestructures, etc.
The vessel will serve the China-South America route.
