On November 7, the second 4600TEU container ship "ZHONG GU NAN NING" built by Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Group's New Yangzi Shipbuilding for Zhonggu Shipping was successfully delivered and started its maiden voyage.
The ship type is designed by SDARI affiliated to CSSC, with a total length of about 228 meters, a width of 40 meters, a design draft of 13.75 meters, a depth of 19.6 meters, and a service speed of 15 knots. It is classified into China Classification Society.
The ship's EEDI index is 67% below the baseline.
