On July 17, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) issued the results of the business performance assessment of the heads of central enterprises for the year 2021 and the period between 2019 and 2021: China COSCO SHIPPING Corporation Limited was selected as one of the 48 enterprises with an A-level assessment result for the year 2021 and one of the 46 enterprises with an A-level assessment result for the period between 2019 and 2021. COSCO SHIPPING has been rated as an A-level enterprise for six consecutive years since its restructuring in 2016.
At the same time, SASAC circulated a notice of commendation to recognize enterprises with outstanding performance and contribution for the period between 2019 and 2021. COSCO SHIPPING was selected as one of the 46 Enterprises with Outstanding Performance.
