Global weather intelligence company Weathernews Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Jacob Iversen as Head of Partnerships EMEA. Iversen will be based at the company’s Copenhagen office and will play a pivotal role in driving strategic alliances and partnerships across the region.

 
With an extensive background in maritime operations, technology and business development, Iversen brings to the position a wealth of industry knowledge as he spearheads Weathernews’ partnership initiatives in a dynamic market.
 
In today’s rapidly evolving maritime ecosystem and weather intelligence landscapes, partnerships are critical to driving and scaling innovation, expanding market reach and ensuring long-term growth. As Weathernews continues to expand its offerings to support industries including shipping, logistics and energy with cutting-edge weather forecasting, analytics and data-driven solutions, the need for a dedicated leadership position to manage and develop these partnerships was clear. Iversen's expertise will enable Weathernews to strengthen its collaboration with industry leaders and reinforce its commitment to providing best-in-class solutions that save customers time and resources.
