Ningbo Zhoushan's cargo throughput exceeding 1.1 billion DWT xinde marine news Sarah Yu 2021-12-10 13:26


From January to November this year, Ningbo Zhoushan Port completed a cargo throughput of 1.125 billion dwt, a year-on-year increase of 3.8%, and achieved an annual cargo throughput of over 1.1 billion dwt for the third consecutive year.
 
Completed container throughput of 28.990 million TEUs, a year-on-year increase of 9.5%. Port transportation production achieved steady growth.
 
Ningbo Zhoushan Port's total number of routes rose to 287, a net increase of 27 from the beginning of the year. There are 117 routes along the way.
 
At the same time, Ningbo Zhoushan Port's sea-rail combined transportation business volume completed a total of 1.108 million TEUs from January to November, a year-on-year increase of 22%.
 
From January to November, Ningbo Zhoushan Port's iron ore, coal, liquefied oil products, grain unloading volume and ro-ro business maintained stable development.
