YAMIC, a subsidiary of Yangzijiang Shipbuilding, and German HARTMANN REEDEREI Group, signed a contract for the construction of three 40,000 CBM dual-fuel LPG/Ammonia carriers.
 
The three 40,000 CBM dual-fuel LPG/Ammonia carriers signed this time, the liquid cargo system of the project is semi-cooled and semi-pressurized, and the power system adopts MAN dual-fuel low speed engine, which meets the NOX Tier III emission target and the requirements of IMO EEDI Phase III.
 
This project is the first joint venture between YAMIC and HARTMANN, marking YAMIC has taken a solid step on the road to the growth of LNG/LEG/LPG and other high-tech clean energy ships as the main products.
