Jiang Renfeng no longer serves as chairman of CSIC xinde marine news Sarah Yu 2020-06-10 16:50

On June 9, China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation announced that Jiang Renfeng, deputy general manager of China State Shipbuilding Corporation and a member of its party committee, would no longer serve as chairman of the company, and the board agreed to elect Wang Liang, a director of the company, as chairman.
 
Jiang Renfeng, born in January 1964, master's degree, member of the Party Committee of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, deputy general manager, currently director of the company.
 
Mr. Jiang Renfeng has been the supervisor of CSIC from March 2008 to March 2014, director of CSIC from March 2014 to July 2017, and chairman of CSIC since July 2017.
Wang Liang has served as chairman and party secretary of Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Corporation since June 2017.
 
On the same day, CSIC said in a statement that Zhao Zhanjun, Du Bing and Wen Jianbo had applied to resign from the company's supervisory board because of work arrangements.
 
The meeting elected Mr. Liu Jun, Mr. Xie Yuanwen and Mr. Ni Wei as employee supervisors of the 4th supervisory committee of the company.
