In order to strengthen the information exchange of waterborne control of the epidemic in the Yangtze River Delta, and under the premise of ensuring the health and control of the ship's personnel, the Provincial Port and Shipping Management Center has established a whitelist information notification mechanism for inland container and key material transport ships across provincial routes.

On February 17, the first batch of white list information (265 ships) of inland waterway cargo ships in Zhejiang Province was submitted to the local maritime administration of Jiangsu Province. For ships on the white list, Jiangsu Province's local maritime administrations will implement inspection-free release, greatly facilitating the navigation of ships. The local maritime administration of Zhejiang Province will further strengthen the supervision of the port of registry, urge and guide the relevant white list ships to strictly implement the system of no berthing and no boarding and disembarking of personnel during transit through Jiangsu inland rivers under the circumstances of non-urgent and without consent. Consolidate the responsibility of prevention and control of epidemic of relevant shipping enterprises and ships.
