Liaoning Port Group's transhipment of anti-epidemic materials exceeded 22,000 tons in early February xinde marine news Sarah Yu 2020-02-11 16:07


Since February, Liaoning Port Group has transferred more than 22,000 tons of anti-epidemic materials through the container green channel, which is a race against time in logistics process, and fully supports the front line of epidemic prevention and control.
 
On January 28, Liaoning Port Group opened a green channel for emergency anti-epidemic materials at container terminals, and provided services such as free direct loading and unloading, priority berthing, and priority operations.

Since the opening of the green channel, Dalian Port and Yingkou Port of Liaoning Port Group transferred the first batch of anti-epidemic materials on February 1 and February 2, respectively. Up to now, Liaoning Port Group has operated a total of 14 container ships carrying anti-epidemic materials and handled more than 820 40-foot containers. The anti-epidemic materials transferred include medical masks, protective clothing, gloves, goggles, medical polypropylene and other raw materials.
