N2tankers surges in tonnage and performance xinde marine news 2020-01-19 14:09

M.T. Pusaka Borneo (108,000 dwt, 2018/Tsuneishi) has joined N2Tankers fleet after redelivery from the vessel’s previous time charter commitment with Teekay in January. With this addition, N2Tankers expands its fleet size to 15 high spec vessels. This growth marks an important step for the strategic positioning across the relevant trading regions, and follows N2Tankers strong commercial performance in the past year.

N2Tankers welcomes other like-minded Owners with quality tonnage and operations to join their platform.

The members of N2Tankers additionally benefit from the cost-plus offering of N2’s services to Owners, and its rigid focus on the needs of its partners on the cargo and the tonnage side alike.

Managed out of Amsterdam and Singapore, N2Tankers is sponsored by the two shipping families, Oldendorff and Abe (Reederei NORD and Nissen Kaiun).

Reederei NORD’s commercial management spans all three major shipping segments, N2Tankers, ACP (Container Feeder) and HUHP (Handysize Bulker). The latter two via its Hanseatic Unity Chartering (HUC) platform, with around 250 dry ships under commercial management.

Synergy, who represents Nissen Kaiun in this joint venture, has a proven track record in offering world-class commercial, along with technical management across the shipping value chain, by developing and using the latest technology offerings.
