On January 11, Qingdao Port International announced that Mr. Jiao Guangjun would no longer serve as vice chairman, non-executive director, member of the strategic development committee of the board of directors and member of the Remuneration Committee of the board of directors due to work adjustment, Mr. Zhang Jiangnan would no longer serve as president of the company due to work adjustment, Mr. Su Jianguang and Wang Xinze would no longer serve as vice president of the company due to work adjustment, and Ms. Jiang Chunfeng no longer serve as vice president and chief financial officer of the company due to work adjustment. All of the above-mentioned personnel have submitted a written resignation report to the board of directors of the company on January 10, 2020, applying for resignation from the corresponding positions of the company, and the resignation report shall take effect when it is delivered to the board of directors of the company.
 
At the same time, the board of directors agreed to add Mr. Li Fengli as a member of the company's third board of directors' remuneration committee for a term from the date of the board's review and approval until the term of the third board of directors expires.
 
The board of directors agreed to appoint Mr. Wang Xinze as president (General Manager), Mr. Zhang Liangang as vice president (Deputy General Manager) and Mr. Fan Xiwei as CFO of the company. The term of such personnel shall be from the date of deliberation and approval by the board of directors to the expiration of the term of the third board of directors.
