1.Zhonghua Gas Holdings has signed a memorandum of understanding with Shanghai Jiulian Group, a Shenergy unit, on cooperation in the area of liquefied natural gas.

2.Shanghai-based Lingang Group inked strategic cooperation agreement with Maersk to jointly develop international shipping service and related business.

3.Zheshang Development announced on the evening of October 25 that the company intends to purchase 100% of the equity of Zhejiang Shipping Group held by Zhejiang Communications Group by issuing shares.

4.China's Dalian iron ore futures rose as much as 2.3% on October 28, the highest in more than ten days, fueled by trade optimism between the world's two largest economies.
 
5.On 24th October, 2019, Dr. Bai Jingtao, the CEO of  CMPort met with Onyx Lorenzoni, Brazilian Minister Chief of Staff of the Presidency, and his entourage, in Beijing. 

6.China's crude imports from Malaysia surged to a record high of 500,000 b/d in September, hinting at a rise in ship-to-ship (STS) transfers of sanctioned crude off the country.
