POT Obtained SOx IAPP certificate_信德海事网-专业海事信息咨询服务平台

As a supplier for delivery of the first China DeSOx system, POT-DeSOx system is operating normally on the “MV BAO GLORY”.Within half a year after delivery, the system fulfilled the emission standard safer being witnessed and tested by the ABS (American Bureau of Shipping). The first SOx (IAPP) certificate for preventing air pollution was successfully obtained in China.

The IAPP certificate certifies stated the POT-DeSOx system has been approved by Flag Register and Classification Society.

Recently,the project of DeSOx system on “MV Kalimantan” vessel has been undertaken by POT,and refitted in CUD. After sea trial it has passed the ship owner and classification society acceptance.The second vessel “MV Xinhui”is being installed at Guangdong COSCO Shipyard,it will be delivered in early March. Total 6 sets of system have been under manufacture and ready to delivery in POT workshop this month.
