1.Several marine incidents in China are reported to involve merchant vessels inadvertently entering fish farms, off the coast of Lanshan in the Shandong Province. Huatai Insurance Agency handled overall 71 fishery farm entry claims in China through 2017.
 
2.The first ice-class cargo ship,Tian En,carrying wind power equipment,refueled in Busan,a port city in South Korea,on Monday.It's the last Asian port Tian En planned to anchor, after sailing for 68 hours.  
 
3.China has decided to impose an additional tariff of 25 percent on 16 billion dollars’ worth of US goods, the Customs Tariff Commission of the Chinese State Council announced on Wednesday. 
 
4.Chinese state-owned oil company Sinopec said on August 6 that it is constructing over a dozen natural gas storage facilities in northern China's Henan Province, aiming to ease gas supply shortage in winter.
 
5.Chinese privately-owned gas distributor ENN has received the first liquefied natural gas cargo at its newly-built Zhoushan receiving terminal in Zhejiang province on August,7.
 
6.China's crude oil imports recovered slightly in July after falling for the previous two months, but were still among the lowest this year due to a drop-off in demand from the country's smaller independent, or "teapot", refineries.
 
7.China-US trade volume total 2.29t yuan in first 7 months.Exports rose 5 percent year-on-year in the January-July period while imports grew 12.9 percent, resulting in a trade surplus of 1.06 trillion yuan, which narrowed by 30.6 percent, according to the General Administration of Customs.
 
8.In 2017,the port of Shanghai handled 751 million tons of cargo, up 6.9% year-on-year.The container throughput reached 40.23 million TEU,and ranked first in the world for eight consecutive years.
