1. 2019 built by Jiangsu Jinling Shipyard Co., Ltd, CCS class, ship type is mature and reliable, excellent hull condition, short service year and stable performance；
2. MAN-B&W 6S60ME-C8.2 main engine, satisfying Tier II standard, taking both power and environmental protection into consideration；
3. No defects or detention in PSC for the past three years, and efficient operation of SMS and PMS；
4. The last special survey of the Vessel was conducted in August 2024, and the next annual survey is scheduled for October 2025 (with a three-month flexibility period);
5. The Vessel shall be delivered free of charter and free of registered mortgage, and no right of first refusal;
6. The bidding deposit will be collected by Shipbid (Singapore) Shipping Exchange Pte. Ltd and the balance purchase funds will be held and released by Stephenson Harwood.
