Qingdao Haixi Gongchuang Ship Technology Co., Ltd. has recently been established. This new company, with a registered capital of RMB 10 million, will focus on ship design, automation systems, intelligent control integration, offshore wind power systems, and marine engineering equipment R&D.
Notably, Qingdao Beihai Shipbuilding, a subsidiary of China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC), is a key shareholder in this venture, alongside CSSC Qingdao Marine Equipment Research Institute and CSSC Marine Design & Research Center Co., Ltd.
