On January 2nd, 2025, Antong Holdings Co., Ltd. and Shanghai International Port (Group) Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony for the strategic cooperation agreement in Shanghai, symbolizing that the cooperation between the two parties has stepped into a new phase.
 
This strategic signing represents a major cooperative accomplishment achieved by Antong and SIPG on the basis of long-term amicable exchanges and the principle of mutual benefit, following in-depth discussions and consultations. In accordance with the agreement, both sides will jointly drive the development of the domestic trade business at Shanghai Port and conduct comprehensive cooperation across multiple fronts, including domestic trade container vessel operations, port logistics, collection and distribution transportation, as well as digital transformation. By fully leveraging their respective advantageous resources, they aim to enhance logistics efficiency and service quality, foster in-depth integration and innovative development in the port logistics domain, and thereby inject fresh vigor and momentum into the transformation, upgrading and advancement of China’s logistics industry.
 
As a key player in the container multimodal transport logistics sector, Antong is dedicated to furnishing clients with end-to-end logistics solutions and facilitating the co-construction, sharing, and mutual connectivity of industrial and supply chains. In the forthcoming year, it will maintain strategic resolve, adhere to high-quality development, strengthen industry synergy, and collaborate with partners like SIPG to jointly safeguard the sound development of the domestic trade container market.
