Based on the principle of“Local Advantage & International Standard”, we provide end-to-end solutions for new shipbuilding project consulting and supervision services, retrofitting and ship upgrading projects to global clients.

The company provides turnkey services on new shipbuilding supervision from initial feasibility analysis to post-operational evaluation, including pre-project contract negotiation, shipyard screening, drawing review, as well as site supervision and the warranty tracking services after delivery.

Ⅱ.PCTC Project - Job recruitment:  
Hull Supervisor/Paint Supervisor/
Machinery Supervisor/
ElectricalSupervisor.

Ⅲ.MPV Project - Job recruitment:
Machinery Supervisor.

Ⅳ.Stainless Steel Product Oil/
Chemical Tanker Project - Job recruitment: Machinery Supervisor.

B.Work Place:
Shanghai, Jiangsu, Guangzhou, Dalian 

Job Descriptions

1.Understand ship design and construction process, and have experience in the construction of CCS/ CHS; Both CCS and CHS cryogenic professional working experience is preferred.

2.Experience in hull /paint / machinery  /electrical  of LNG/Stainless Steel Product Oil/ Chemical Tanker/MPV/Dual Fuel PCTC and similar ship types.

3.Familiar with all kinds of ship related regulations, have good English reading, writing and oral communication skills, familiar with ship professional English vocabulary.

4.Love shipbuilding, have good professional ethics and team spirit.

5.Work actively, with a strong sense of responsibility and communication skills.

6.Pragmatic and diligent, hard-working, with a certain ability to withstand pressure.

7.Have a sense of innovation.

Job Descriptions

A. Hull Supervisor:
1.Attend hull and outfitting inspections. 
2.Assist Site Manager in maintaining Hull drawing lists, revisions and records.
3.Check structure completion plans before delivery.
4.Assist the Site Manager with other on-site work.

B. Paint  Supervisor:
1.Participate in inspections related to painting, communicate and liaise with paint makers and shipyards regarding the inspection comments. 
2.Confirm the general condition of blasting& painting quality and workshop facilities by patrolling inspection, etc.
3.Check and update NCR status and follow up with the shipyard.
4.Monitor with yard and paint maker regarding Coating tech File for PSPC.
5.Assist the Site Manager with other on-site work.

C. Machinery  Supervisor:
1.Participate in piping, machinery and outfitting (E/R) inspection.
2.Patrolling on ship and making NCR list as necessary and follow up to solve the problem.
3.Review documents (SPEC, approved drawing, class rule, standard, procedure),and check specific project drawings and manuals related to inspection items, propose amendments and follow up the completion.
4.Read and familiarize with the QMS system and related files of SMT.
5.To attend Onboard Commissioning Tests, Mooring Tests and Sea Trials.
6.Complete the pre-delivery work carefully and conscientiously.
7. Assist the Site Manager with other on-site work.

D. Electrical  Supervisor:
1.Attend inspection pertaining to electric outfit items.
2.Check specific drawings and manuals related to inspection items and follows up on completion of modification items.
3.Prepare NCR lists and other correspondence and track the completion of modifications.
4.Check the completion of the Inspection and Test Procedure (ITP).
5.Assist the Site Manager with other on-site work.
6.Perform other duties during on-board test and sea trial before delivery.

E. CCS Supervisor :
1.Participate in the review and negotiation of CCS part TA, plan approval and drawings in this specialty.
2.Participate in on-site CCS supervision work.
3.Raise all the NCRs for CCS part based on the results of daily inspection and site patrols.
4.Accomplish work assigned by CCS team leader.
5.Strictly follow disciplines and QHSE rules from on-site team, and comply with the shipyard's regulations and rules.

F. CHS Supervisor:
1.Participate in the on-site inspection of prefabrication, installation, commissioning of CHS equipment, etc.
2.Control storage and protection of CHS materials and equipment.
3.Participate in on-site fit-up, welding, NDE, pickling & passivation of cargo piping.
4.Participate in on-site CHS prefabrication of CHS modules & Attending FAT for CHS equipment.
5.Participate in the cold testing for CHS piping.
6.Conduct subcontractors pre-inspections and regular Patrol Inspections and Filing & reporting.
