China's coal exports up 2.3% on yr in Q1 Sxcoal 2023-04-24 10:46

China's coal exports totaled 880,000 tonnes in the first three months of 2023, up 32.3% year on year, customs data showed.
 
The exports were worth $309.61 million, up 54.2% year on year, data from the General Administration of Customs showed.
 
March saw coal exports rise to 270,000 tonnes, up 308.2% year on year and 8% month on month.
 
Value of the exports reached $91.8 million, up 291.9% year on year and 2.06% month on month. The average export price was derived at $340/t, up by $5.41/t YoY yet down $19.72/t MoM.
