On August 23, Sinotrans appointed Feng Boming as chairman of Sinotrans (legal representative), with a term from now until the expiration of the third board of directors.
Feng Boming, aged 52, graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a master's degree of business administration and is an economist. He is currently deputy general manager of China Merchants Group.
