Wang Yongxin, general manager of CMES, delivered a speech
On August 22, 2022, China Merchants Energy Shipping held a meeting for the entity operation of CMES LNG.
 
CMES LNG Carrier Investment INC. (CMES LNG), an overseas wholly-owned subsidiary of CMES, which is mainly engaged in the investment of LNG ships, was established in 2007. In addition, CMES has a 50-50 joint venture CLNG with COSCO SHIPPING Energy Transportation.
 
On March 31 this year, CMES ordered 2+2 175,000 m3 LNG carriers. On August 4, CMES LNG and Sinochem Oil Shipping (Singapore) completed the signing of three long-term chartering agreements for LNG ships.
