Twenty! New Times Shipbuilding takes MSC's large orders Xinde Marine News 2022-06-20 14:29

MSC, the world's largest container shipping company, placed an order for a total of 20 dual-fuel container vessels in Jiangsu New Times Shipbuilding. With this large order, New Times Shipbuilding also became the shipping enterprise with the largest order quantity of LNG-powered vessels in China.
 
It is reported that New Times Shipbuilding recently signed a contract with MSC for the construction of ten 8100TEU and ten 11,400TEU dual fuel LNG-powered container vessels, which is the largest order for New Times Shipbuilding since its establishment in 2000.
 
With the addition of the latest 20 vessels, the current New Times Shipbuilding dual-fuel vessel orders reached 51 vessels with a total of 7.573 million DWT, ranking first among domestic shipyards.
