Shenzhen Gas launched first 80,000 cubic meter LNG carrier Xinde Marine News 2022-06-10 11:59

On June 8th, the first 80,000 cubic meter LNG carrier of Shenzhen Gas was successfully undocked in Hudong-Zhonghua, marking that the ship construction has been completed and can be launched into the wharf construction stage.
 
This LNG carrier named Dapeng Princess, which is NO.96 L03+ LNG carrier, the first LNG carrier belonging to Shenzhen State-owned enterprise, and the largest LNG carrier in shallow water channel in the world.
 
This LNG carrier with a total length of 239 meters, a width of 36 meters, and a capacity of nearly 80,000 cubic meters. It is expected to be formally delivered in early 2023.
 
It is understood that on the same day, Hudong-Zhonghua also had a 174,000 cubic LNG carrier, half of a 24000TEU ULCC afloat, 2 ships undock.
