Cargo volume recovered in Yangshan deep water port Xinde Marine News 2022-05-18 10:13

On May 17th, seven berths of the Shanghai Yangshan deep water port wharf were full of ships, and containers were placed by the remote controlled platform.
 
More than 20,000 employees have been working at the Shanghai port for nearly two months to maintain port operations orderly.
 
Operators use the remote controlled platform to extract, transfer and place containers, with a fast, smooth and accurate process. According to the operator, It can load and unload a container in two minutes on average.
 
Since May, the container throughput of Shanghai port has been rising steadily, and on May 17th, it recovered to 110,000 TEUs per day.
