检查概况     

2022年2月1日至3月1日，东京备忘录共开展PSC检查1807艘次，滞留船舶37艘次，其中澳大利亚滞留船舶13艘次，俄罗斯12艘次，中国6艘次，详细情况如下表。

滞留案例举例

案例一

缺陷描述: 06104 Lashing material

Significant number of base twistlocks, in excess of 35% found defective bays 1,3 13 and 15. Examination of twistlock bins found approximately 25% defective. None of the defective twistlocks found had been separated and prohibited from use.

缺陷描述:07105 Fire doors/openings in fire-resisting divisions

Lot of accomodation interior stairways fire protection self-closing doors found out-of-order

缺陷描述: 14501 Garbage

Garbage stored in forward store, not in compliance with garbage     management plan.

案例九

缺陷描述:18321 Heating, air conditioning and ventilation

The vessel is not adapted for operation in cold climate conditions in winter season-air conditioner heater not arranged on board,living conditions is not favourable for ship's crew.
